Xinli is a PhD student at the Centre for Environment and Sustainability at the University of Surrey. He is researching the electrification potential of energy services in the UK and analyzing the impacts that may arise from the electrification progress towards a net-zero future.
Xinli has a background in Environmental Engineering (BEng from Nanjing Normal University, NNU) and Environmental Science (MSc from Beijing Normal University, BNU). His research interests include the electrification of end-uses, equitable electrification strategies, and coordinated regulation of climate and air quality.
