Tina Fawcett is Associate Professor and Deputy Leader of the Energy Programme, Environmental Change Institute, University of Oxford. Her research concerns energy use by households and organisations, and uses a multi-disciplinary approach to understand energy demand and to explore policies for the energy transition. Tina is involved EDRC flexible fund project “Understanding willingness to accept energy-sufficiency behaviours”. She also leads social research in the Energy Demand Observatory and Laboratory programme and heads a new initiative on research into climate leadership.

Tina is involved in climate change education, recently as part of the Museum of Climate Hope team. She is also Convenor of the Oxford Energy Network which brings together energy researchers across Oxford university and facilitates knowledge exchange with external partners.
