Thorin’s research centres on developing advanced technoeconomic models to evaluate emerging electrochemical production pathways, integrating AI-driven methods to project future performance and assess life cycle and social life cycle impacts. As the research assistant on the Large language model retrieval augmented generation for energy demand consultations and beyond project, he is leading efforts in data collection, model development, and application implementation.
