Rebekah is undertaking a PhD funded through an EPSRC Studentship at the University of Birmingham, across the School of Government and the School of Chemical Engineering. The research takes an interdisciplinary approach to understand how beliefs, knowledge, and governance shape decarbonisation policy in the United Kingdom.
She holds an MSc in Environment, Development and Politics from the University of Birmingham and a BA (Hons) in Linguistics from University College London. She has previously held roles within in financial services, primarily in compliance, governance, and climate risk.
