Elliott is a Research Assistant in energy demand reduction in the Futures theme. He is currently working across a variety of projects, largely looking at low energy demand pathways to net-zero, their socioeconomic implications and broader material impacts.
Other research projects include the development of hybrid carbon accounting systems and developing material efficiency scenarios. Elliott has also conducted analysis for the Government Office for Science’s Net Zero Society project and the European CLEVER scenario, which drew on CREDS’ Positive Low Energy Futures work in the UK.
