Madeleine is a PhD researcher in the Science Policy Research Unit at the University of Sussex. Her research examines the delivery of area-based domestic retrofit programmes in the UK.
She previously worked as a policy advisor at the Royal Town Planning Institute and as a planner in the public and private sectors. She holds an MSc in Housing and City Planning from UCL.
