Dr. Olugbenga Timo Oladinrin is an Associate Professor of Construction Project Management and Programme Leader for the Built Environment at the University of Plymouth. He is a Co-I of the Urban Microclimate-Aware Retrofitting framework for climate-resilient energy demand reduction (UMAR) project, funded through EDRC Flexible fund. He holds a PhD in Construction Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has taught and led programmes at several universities, including the University of Wolverhampton and the Federal University of Technology, Akure.

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), Dr. Oladinrin’s research focuses on construction ethics, digitalisation, sustainability, and project performance. He has led and collaborated on multiple international research projects funded by the British Council and other agencies, with a strong emphasis on equality, diversity, and inclusivity in the built environment.

He has published widely in reputable journals and co-authored a book on Ethical Practices for Sustainable Construction Digitalisation (Springer). Dr. Oladinrin is passionate about bridging academic research and industry practice to promote innovation, ethical standards, and sustainable growth in global construction.
