Dr. Helen Poulter

Research Fellow UCL

I am an interdisciplinary research fellow for the governance theme in the Energy Demand Research Centre based at UCL. Prior to this position I specialised in regulatory governance for energy decentralisation within the UK Energy Research Centre. I obtained a PhD from the University of Exeter, where my research focused on adaptive governance for energy systems. I also held positions as a Research Associate and Postgraduate Teaching Assistant at Exeter, where I gained my BSc in Renewable Energy. my work has contributed to the discourse on energy policy, featuring in numerous publications and policy impacts, including evidence submissions to parliamentary committees and active participation in academic and industry conferences.
