Energy Efficiency Policy Analyst

Policy analysis and advice in areas across energy and climate mitigation, notably in energy efficiency, demand reduction and digitalisation. Expertise in evidence synthesis, communications, and high-level and political stakeholder engagement. Jack Miller is a Policy Analyst at the International Energy Agency’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Inclusive Transitions, where he conducts analysis of global efficiency trends and coordinates key events such as the IEA’s Global Conference series. He has a background in policy analysis, and has spent much of his career working at the interface between research evidence and policy. Before joining the IEA he was an Energy Adviser in UK Parliament (Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology), providing accessible summaries of evidence on energy and climate mitigation to Members of the House of Commons and House of Lords. Prior to that was a researcher and student at the Science Policy Research Unit at the University of Sussex.
